Responsibilities

• Assists in ordering F&B supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms.
• Supervises daily F&B shift operation and monitors compliance with F&B policies, standards and procedures.
• Supports and supervises a monthly self-inspection program.
• Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions.
• Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational, and financial objectives.
• Maintains relationships with employees and fosters teamwork and motivation.
• Understands employee roles to cover duties in absence.
• Develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and complete work.
• Monitors productivity levels and ensures brand philosophy is understood.
• Maintains operating budget and ensures standards and legal obligations are followed.
