Velvet Buffalo is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily FOH operations and drive guest satisfaction in Beloit, WI. You will oversee training, scheduling, and weekly orders while maintaining high standards of service.

Join a dynamic team within Geronimo Hospitality Group, delivering quality Italian dining experiences and managing staff to achieve sales and quality goals. Requires strong professionalism and at least 1 year in front-of-house roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Front-of-house operations experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and operate POS.
• Excellent professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll and other managerial duties.
• Oversee weekly ordering and communicate product changes.
• Understand and apply all policies, standards and training.
• Develop and improve training programs and policies.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, responsive service at all times.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure consistent food and product quality per standards.
• Achieve sales, service, quality and cleanliness objectives.
• Control cash receipts and follow cash handling procedures.
• Fill in as needed to maintain guest service standards.
• Develop staff through managerial and professional training.
• Prepare paperwork and schedules in an organized manner.
• Schedule labor to meet activity and control costs.
• Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.
