Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group in Beloit, WI is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, assist with check-in/out, and coordinate services in our Ironworks Hotel, Hotel Goodwin, and Merrill and Houston's Steak Joint.

The role requires excellent communication, a high school diploma, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to work irregular hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and professional attitude.
• Ability to use a variety of computer applications.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary payments.
• Handle and coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals.
• Handle guests' concerns.
• Offer referral for services and handle requests for information.
• Handle and store luggage.
• Assist with the check-in and check-out of groups and tours.
• Assist other departments as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
