Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of service and food and beverage with front-of-house experience preferred.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• U.S. Work Authorization is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and other managerial duties as assigned.
• Oversee weekly ordering and communicate product changes as needed.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, responsive service and that standards are met.
• Develop and improve training programs and policies to support staff development.
