Geronimo Hospitality Group in Beloit invites applications for a restaurant management role at Merrill & Houston's Steak Joint. You will lead daily operations, hire and schedule staff, and ensure top-tier guest service in a classic steakhouse setting. The position rewards initiative and professionalism, with emphasis on training, policy adherence and developing the team.

U.S. work authorization is required; Food Manager Certification is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High level of professionalism.
• Knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 1 year of front-of-house operations and/or assistant management positions.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system.
• Food Manager Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and other managerial duties as assigned.
• Oversee weekly ordering and communicate product changes as needed.
• Ensure guest service standards and hospitality are maintained.
• Develop and improve training programs and policies.
• Schedule labor to meet activity and labor cost objectives.
