Job summary

DeKalb Health is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the Cafe Manager with daily operations across the Café, Noodle Bar, Room Service and Gift Shop at our DIBERVILLE, MS site.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of leadership in high-volume casual or upscale dining, strong customer service and communications skills, and a high school diploma (hospitality degree preferred). This full-time position requires open availability and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience managing high volume casual restaurants and mid volume upscale restaurants.
• Minimum of 2 years direct leadership experience in training staff, assigning work, managing performance.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cafe Manager in day-to-day operations of the Café, Noodle Bar, Room Service and Gift Shop.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and guests receive prompt, courteous service.
• Observe tables and manage table status, cleanliness and seating.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive dining experience and perform other duties as directed.
