Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in Raleigh, NC. This full-time role offers hourly pay and consistent shifts from 8am to 4pm.

You will clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, ensuring comfort and cleanliness for guests. As part of our team, you will maintain organized linen carts, report maintenance needs, protect equipment and keys, and assist guests with requests in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms promptly and according to hotel standards.
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked linen cart.
• Report items needing attention in guest rooms (fixtures, locks, TVs, HVAC, etc.).
• Ensure security of equipment, keys and supplies.
• Report lost and found items to supervisor.
• Respond promptly to guest requests with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
• Keeping an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked and organized.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, HVAC, etc.
• Maintaining security of your equipment, key and supplies issued to you.
• Reporting lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
