Job summary

Aloft Santa Clara is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead daily operations in our hotel restaurant, bar, and banquet spaces. You will supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and food runners, ensuring guest satisfaction, smooth service flow, and adherence to standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of food and beverage experience, prior supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met.
• Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods.
• Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
