Job summary

Dream Inn Santa Cruz is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the full-service F&B operation, ensuring efficient, exceptional service and adherence to standards. You will hire and develop staff, manage schedules, payroll, and budgets, and collaborate with Catering and Culinary teams to meet annual financial goals.

Ideal candidates demonstrate leadership, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach, with experience directing hotel food & beverage teams and maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Two years of directly related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and service-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Hires, develops, trains and manages direct reports; creates schedules and conducts performance evaluations.
• Oversees payroll, budgeting and expense control to meet financial targets.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs, safety and liquor regulations; coordinates with other departments to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maintains knowledge of hotel features, hours, and occupancy to optimize staffing and labor cost.
