Job summary

Encore Hospitality seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations of hotel F&B outlets, supervise servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance across service areas.
Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk for seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance; assist with staff scheduling.
