Job summary

Topbrassdallas is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our hospitality team across dining and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with POS systems and budgeting, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years in supervisory or lead server/bartender roles in high-volume settings.
  • Valid local Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications.
  • Experience with POS systems and basic MS Office/Excel skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.

Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional service delivery across all dining and beverage outlets. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and catering services
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize procurement processes
  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create innovative menus and promotional events
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate financial records, prepare budgets, and analyze financial reports
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, health and safety standards, and industry trends
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
