Legacy Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant and bar operations and support and develop team members, ensuring guests receive exceptional service.

You will supervise shifts, train staff on standards, monitor quality and costs, and collaborate with culinary and hotel leadership to support events and drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Lead and support food and beverage team members during each shift.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Train, coach, and develop team members on service standards and procedures.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Assist with inventory management and control food and beverage costs.
• Help manage staffing levels and employee schedules based on business needs.
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
