Job summary

Cimarron Casino Enterprise is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B Manager in delivering efficient food and beverage operations across the casino property in Perkins, Oklahoma. This role supervises the Grille team during the assigned shift, ensures service standards, and maintains a safe, compliant dining environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with POS systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

Enforces performance standards, policies and procedures as they relate to Grille operations and monitors Food Server service on the dining floor.
Supervises all food & beverage functions on assigned shift.
Assists with scheduling of employees and ensures correct staffing levels.
Monitors job performance and provides feedback for staff development.
Handles guest complaints and resolves issues to guest satisfaction.
Ensures compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards across F&B operations.
Promotes positive guest relations through courteous and efficient service.
Supports hiring, promotion, discipline, and termination decisions in a fair manner.
