Cimarron Casino Enterprise is seeking a Food & Beverage Engineer to assist the F&B Supervisor, ensuring efficient department performance and high standard service in a casino setting.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, maintaining kitchens and equipment, and adhering to Tribal Internal Control Standards. A high school diploma or GED is required with 1 year of work experience.

Competenze

• Food service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Mansioni

• Performs cleaning and stocking duties according to enterprise specifications.
• Cleans food preparation areas and equipment as required.
• Maintains all areas of kitchens, storerooms, coolers, and freezers, including floors and walls.
• Bags and hauls kitchen trash to the dumpster as required.
• Operates and maintains all food service appliances as directed.
• Reports appliance malfunctions to the Food & Beverage Supervisor.
