• Oversees front-of-house and beverage operations.
• Implements F&B plan with GM to meet objectives.
• Coordinates F&B operating budgets with GM.
• Reviews activity and forecast data toward goals.
• Administers F&B programs, policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with tribal, federal, state and local laws.
• Ensures fair treatment of F&B staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
