Job summary

Limelight Hotels is seeking a PM Food & Beverage Supervisor in Mammoth Lakes to oversee Breakfast, Restaurant, and Banquet operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and efficient staff management. The role reports to the Director of Outlets and pays $28.00/hr during Breakfast/Restaurant shifts and $20.00/hr plus service charges for Banquets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in food service environment required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Food & Beverage staff for exceptional service.
• Train, motivate, and provide feedback to staff to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee daily breakfast and restaurant activities, including guest seating, order taking, and food delivery.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and presentation meet hotel standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve service issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, staff schedules, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Monitor staff performance and assist with performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and processing of guest payments accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including breakfast, restaurant, and banquet setup and cleanup.
• Oversee banquet setup and function sheets for events.
• Conduct pre-service banquet meetings and assign duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
