Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One in Mammoth Lakes is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to set up and maintain the breakfast buffet and dining area, ensuring all items are stocked and presented attractively. You will provide excellent guest service, replenish food as needed, and maintain cleanliness throughout the breakfast service.

The shift runs 5:30am–2:30pm, with opportunities to rotate into stewarding duties. Prior food & beverage experience and knowledge of safety standards are preferred for this

Qualifications

• Experience in front-facing food service and customer interaction preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast each morning; shift is 5:30am to 2:30pm.
• Serve guests hot & cold breakfast items and replenish foods.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and buffet areas; assist with coffee service.
• Rotate into stewarding duties as scheduled, including washing dishes.
