Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One in Aspen, CO, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist with breakfast, restaurant, and banquet operations, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth service execution.

You will lead a team, coordinate with the kitchen, train staff, and uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required in a dynamic mountain hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in food service environment required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Food & Beverage staff for guest service and operations.
• Train, motivate, and provide feedback to staff to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee breakfast and restaurant activities including guest seating, orders, and delivery.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and presentation meet hotel standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
