Job summary

Limelight Hotels Mammoth is seeking a Breakfast Culinary Supervisor to support the Executive Chef in overseeing breakfast kitchen operations and ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to standard.

You will manage shifts, train staff, handle inventory, and maintain a clean kitchen while enforcing food safety protocols. The role reports to the Executive Chef and requires culinary training or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary school graduate and/or 3 years of progressive experience in a professional kitchen required.
• ServSafe or similar food safety course certification is preferred.
• Prior work experience in a variety of commercial/professional kitchen required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure breakfast dishes meet restaurant standards.
• Assist in preparation and cooking of Breakfast items.
• Manage kitchen staff during shifts and train new employees as requested by Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef.
• Maintain inventory control, ordering supplies and a clean, organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and communicate guest comments as needed.
