Zusammenfassung

Limelight Mammoth is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to maintain the breakfast buffet and dining area, ensure items are stocked, and provide excellent guest service. The role also includes rotating stewarding duties and supporting kitchen tasks under the Executive Chef.

The position is full-time seasonal with a 5:30am–2:30pm shift, located at Limelight Mammoth. Prior food and beverage experience is preferred; high school diploma is recommended.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with breakfast items, dietary restrictions, and common allergens.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure timely replenishment and presentation.

Aufgaben

• Set up breakfast each morning; shift is 5:30am to 2:30pm.
• Arrange equipment and furniture for service layout.
• Serve guests hot and cold breakfast items.
• Restock dry items and refill drinks during breakfast.
• Assist in brewing coffee; answer guest questions.
