Pay Range: $16.00-$24.00
The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing daily operations of restaurant, bar, and/or banquet areas. This role supports team members, ensures service standards are met, maintains cleanliness and organization, and contributes to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred. Experience Minimum 1–2 years of food and beverage experience. Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred. Experience in restaurant, bar, or banquet operations a plus. Skills and Knowledge Strong leadership and communication abilities. Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills. Working knowledge of POS systems and cash‑handling procedures. Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational and team coordination skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
