Job summary

EOS Hospitality is seeking a hands-on hospitality supervisor to oversee daily Food & Beverage operations at Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach in Conway, SC.

This full-time role requires leadership during service, coaching staff, managing scheduling and labor, and ensuring guest satisfaction with safe alcohol service and high standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with team motivation skills.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality supervisory roles.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and stay cool in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food, beverages, and responsible alcohol service.
• Experience with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office programs.
• ServSafe certification is required or must be obtained within a reasonable timeframe.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Food & Beverage outlets.

• Lead daily lineups and motivate the team for great guest service.
• Train, coach, and support team members to succeed.
• Assist with scheduling and timekeeping.
• Help manage labor, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Support F&B programs and initiatives designed to improve guest experiences and grow revenue.
• Assign and manage opening and closing side work.
• Handle guest questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Address performance concerns and assist with coaching or corrective action when necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to create a great overall guest experience.
• Solve problems and keep the operation moving during busy times.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Food & Beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality supervisory experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Schedule

This is a full-time, year-round position at Sun Outdoors Myrtle Beach in Conway, SC. A flexible schedule is required, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
