Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates daily F&B operations across outlets and banquets.
• Schedules staff, monitors labor costs and maintains standards.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates employees; handles disciplinary actions.
• Manages inventories, purchasing, and vendor relations.
• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Collaborates with Sales/Banquet teams for events and functions.
• Prepares and analyzes budget, financial reports, and P&L.
