MGM Resorts International is seeking a strategic F&B Revenue & Pricing Director to own menu engineering, forecasting and pricing across the portfolio. You will oversee analytics, recommendations, and implementation with properties and the F&B COE, leading data-driven decisions that improve profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in revenue/analytics, and advanced Excel with SQL/Tableau/Power BI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in revenue, pricing, or analytics.
• Experience with menu engineering, pricing strategy and revenue optimization.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in analytics tools.
• Executive-facing analytics experience and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee menu engineering, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
• Lead analytics and development of predictive models for F&B yielding opportunities.
• Coordinate with properties and F&B COE to standardize menus and pricing.
• Drive promotions, discounts, and value-added services to increase covers.
• Present insights to executives and lead large-scale analytics initiatives.
