Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts seeks a Food & Beverage Resort Ops Supervisor at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. The role leads front-of-house operations, trains staff on restaurant standards and wine service, and ensures cash controls and regulatory compliance across the F&B outlets.

Candidate should have supervisory hospitality experience, knowledge of F&B prep and service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
• Ability to manage front-of-house operations under high pressure
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Bartender's certificate required; 18+ to serve alcohol
• Knowledge of multiple POS and property systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute restaurant operations including food and beverage promotions, customer service and inventories
• Lead Front of House staff in training for restaurant standards and wine service
• Maintain working knowledge of Opera and Micros systems
• Prepare daily forecast and ensure compliance with liquor regulations and cash controls
• Ensure accurate cash handling and deposits according to policy
• Perform other duties as assigned
