Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Resort Ops Supervisor at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark in Lake Geneva. You will support both Food & Beverage and Rooms operations, providing training, leadership, and managerial direction for restaurant and rooms teams.

Experience in hospitality supervision and strong guest service skills are essential. The role requires flexibility with shifts and a commitment to upholding service standards across departments.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to manage front desk and F&B tasks under pressure.
• Knowledge of beverage service and liquor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute restaurant operations including promotions, service and inventories.
• Lead Front of House staff in training and standards.
• Perform Front Desk responsibilities and guest reservations processing.
• Monitor service staff performance and coach.
• Ensure cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Support housekeeping/maintenance for room status.
• Maintain compliance with liquor laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
