Job summary

The Marcus Corporation's Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva seeks a Food & Beverage Resort Ops Supervisor to lead restaurant and rooms operations, train staff, and uphold service standards.

You will oversee inventory, promotions, and guest service while ensuring compliance with liquor regulations and cash controls. A bartender's certificate and strong hospitality focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bartender's certificate required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve or pour alcohol.
• Knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to maintain composure under high pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute restaurant operations including food and beverage promotions, customer service and inventories.
• Lead the Front of the House staff in training for restaurant standards, wine service and customer service.
• Maintain working knowledge of Opera and Micros systems.
• Prepare daily forecast and ensure compliance with liquor regulations and food controls.
• Ensure cash control and deposits per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
