Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI seeks a Food & Beverage Resort Ops Supervisor to provide managerial support, training and leadership for restaurant and rooms operations. You will oversee daily operations, staff training, and ensure compliance with liquor regulations while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Execute restaurant operations including food & beverage promotions, customer service and inventories
• Lead Front of House staff in training restaurant standards, wine service and customer service
• Maintain working knowledge of Opera PMS and Micros POS systems
• Prepare daily forecast and ensure compliance with liquor regulations and food controls
• Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits and policy adherence
• Perform other duties as assigned
