Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Outlet Manager for the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. You will oversee daily food and beverage operations across Grand Café, Grand Central, Lobby Lounge, In-Room Dining and Pool Bar, driving guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage management experience required, preferably in destination dining or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, preparation techniques and wine.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations, including quality and service standards, cost control, guest relations, profitability, and equipment costs.
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff for smooth operations.
• Conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings to organize daily tasks.
• Schedule and oversee staff work assignments.
• Interact positively with guests, promoting hotel facilities and services.
• Resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Organize special restaurant events and maintain rapport with other departments.
• Control reservations, ensuring full space utilization without compromising service quality.
