Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa is seeking a Food & Beverage Administrative Project Specialist to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the F&B leadership team. The role requires exceptional organization, resourcefulness, and prompt execution in a fast-moving environment.

You will coordinate brand-wide F&B programs, assist property teams, and contribute to opening new properties, project management, and IT integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or coordinator experience in hospitality or corporate operations.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and an proactive working style.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Food & Beverage leaders, including calendars, travel, and documents.
• Serve as central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interfacing with F&B.
• Track strategic initiatives and leadership priorities.
• Prepare executive meeting agendas, presentations, summaries, and follow-up documentation.
• Identify trends and drive improvements in guest experience or profitability.
• Maintain and organize departmental files, SOPs, recipes, and brand documentation.
• Develop and distribute standardized F&B guidelines and operational tools.
• Prepare reports, project updates, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate cross-property communication and support new property openings.
