Job summary

Hard Rock International seeks a Food & Beverage Development Manager to lead enterprise-wide F&B initiatives across properties. You will drive development projects, openings, and brand rollouts on time, on brand, and operationally executable, while steering research, trends, and innovative concepts to differentiate offerings.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee beverage programs, and ensure systems readiness, with a focus on reducing risk and delivering strong day-one performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in food & beverage operations, project management, or hospitality development.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with new property openings and multi-unit operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Creative mindset with trend-forward thinking and concept development.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage development; bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional F&B initiatives from planning through execution.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, milestones, and brand standards.
• Identify risks and maintain project momentum across initiatives.
• Oversee beverage program launches and menu rollouts.
• Coordinate POS/KDS/BOSS integrations and system readiness.
• Collaborate with Procurement IT, Marketing, HR, Design & Construction.
• Drive operational readiness for new property openings.
• Develop training frameworks and operational checklists.
