Job summary

The Joule Dallas, a Highgate Hotels property, seeks a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead the Sassetta, CBD Provisions, In Room Dining and Lobby Bar operations. You will guide a team of associates to deliver memorable guest experiences with Forbes standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will drive training, scheduling, and budgeting while ensuring compliance with health and liquor regulations and delivering top-tier service across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in a hotel or related field (or a 4-year college degree with experience).
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and liquor laws/regulations.
• Ability to work long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication with staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions.
• Leadership to train and develop staff and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Outlets in achieving budgeted goals for labor and beverage costs.
• Manage all FOH staff through training, counseling, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Recruit and retain a service-focused team.
• Lead guest-centric initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
