Job summary

Peck & Plume is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor to lead daily operations across restaurant and catering venues in Cary, NC. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, strong execution, and safety compliance, collaborating with hotel managers to drive revenue and control costs.

You will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and own training initiatives while maintaining high standards for service, guest satisfaction, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year restaurant/bar management.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to train, coach, develop and motivate others.
• Possess or have ability to obtain Food Handlers and Tips Certification within six months of commencement of employment.
• Highest level of integrity and a hands-on management style.
• Experience with Toast point of sales system preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and operational skills, and detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact and professionalism in dealing with staff, customers, and management, including writing, speaking, and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for scheduled business unit (restaurant or events/catering) and ensure standards set by the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Attend weekly meetings to receive focus points and communicate needs or bottlenecks.
• Cover shifts as needed to support the team and drive efficiencies and training improvements.
• Monitor food quality for consistency and guest specifications.
• Be the on-floor expert for POS, service steps, and menus.
