Job summary

Hospitality People Operations is assisting a confidential Raleigh-area client with a Food & Beverage Manager opportunity. You will oversee daily F&B operations across restaurant, banquet, catering, and events, driving guest satisfaction, and collaborating with senior leadership to grow revenue and control costs.

The role requires hands-on F&B leadership, strong team development, and experience with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service with supervisory responsibility.
• Hospitality-first mindset with attention to guest experiences.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead service teams.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and F&B tools.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily F&B service operations across restaurant, banquet, catering and events.
• Maintain a visible floor presence and coach during service.
• Ensure guest interactions reflect service standards and address concerns.
• Collaborate with culinary/events teams for seamless event execution.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop front-of-house staff.
