Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Check daily forecast training objectives with Manager.
• Ascertain daily kitchen specials and communicate them.
• Answer phone and record take-out orders.
• Inspect Bar for cleanliness and stock levels.
• Make specialty drinks to standard with presentation.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment per health codes.
• Perform service, busser and runner duties as directed.
• Be willing to work in other disciplines within the department.
• Use POS and process card transactions as directed.
• Participate in upsell strategies.
• Join daily lineups and practice service standards.
• Assist with training and safety compliance.

Summary of Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Checks with Manager for daily forecast training standard objectives
• Ascertains the daily specials from kitchen and communicates them

• Makes specialty drinks to standard including ingredients and presentation
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes
• Performs service, busser and runner duties as appropriate
• Must be willing to work in other disciplines within the department as directed by management
• Uses POS accurately. Handles card transactions as directed
• Participates in upsell strategies as directed by management
• Participates in daily line ups
• Practices service standards and current training throughout service

Education and Experience Required

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Requires thorough knowledge of a specialized or technical field
• High School Diploma, Required
• Must be able to obtain Serve Safe/TIPS Certification
• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles according to company policy. Must have valid driver's license, proof of auto liability insurance and acceptable motor vehicle driving record
