Schulte Hospitality Group in New York is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front-of-house operations across our hotel/restaurant properties. You will supervise and train staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

The role requires two years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, excellent leadership and communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum of two years food & beverage supervisory experience in a similar-size operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations for the restaurant/hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision, and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to meet F&B goals.
• Ensure proper food and beverage preparation and safety standards.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Coordinate payroll and scheduling.
• Manage inventory and supplies.
• Support communication and conflict resolution within the team.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
