Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. This role oversees front-of-house operations, trains staff, and ensures quality food and beverage service across our restaurant and hotel properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; degree preferred.
• At least two years in a supervisory F&B role in a similar operation.
• Ability to lead and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurant / Hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve goals of the F&B operation.
• Ensure food and beverage preparation meets guest expectations and safety standards.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive team environment.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
