Job summary

The Mina Group is seeking a detail-oriented Hospitality leader to oversee front-of-house operations and mentor staff across multiple outlets. You will work closely with the assistant general manager and corporate operations teams to ensure service excellence, financial discipline, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating coverage during openings and transitions, training teams, and driving revenue while maintaining the standards of a 2-star

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in a fine dining high volume restaurant, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Hospitality degree preferred
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols
• Working knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds
• Stamina to work in excess of 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations and mentor staff across outlets
• Provide coverage during shortages and management transitions
• Coordinate, supervise, train, and assist in openings and transitions
• Work with assistant general manager and corporate operations to sustain service excellence
• Travel extensively to perform essential job functions
