Highgate Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate and supervise all aspects of the F&B outlet's operations, ensuring profitability, quality, and guest satisfaction. The role requires leading staff, managing reports, ensuring compliance with safety and liquor regulations, and promoting menu initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with staff and guests.
• Must listen and respond to concerns from guests and employees.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Approach interactions with guests and staff with courtesy and service orientation.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance as per hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the F&B outlet.
• Supervise outlet staff and ensure service quality.
• Respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and report issues.
• Monitor loss prevention and ensure SOP compliance.
• Prepare reports on wage progress, payroll, revenue and schedules.
• Support menu planning and implementation of promotions.
• Assist in training staff on SOPs and job tasks.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and health regulations.
• Be on the floor to guide staff during meal periods.
