Job summary

Story Land in New Hampshire is seeking a Seasonal Retail Operations Supervisor to lead the Retail and Rentals teams, ensuring guest satisfaction and strong merchandising standards throughout the park locations.

You will hire, onboard, train, coach performance, and ensure compliance with NH labor laws. Manage inventory, scheduling, and POS accuracy, while maintaining cleanliness and safety across units.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–3 years of retail or POS experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of Retail and Rentals teams.
• Hire, onboarding, training, and performance coaching of hosts.
• Ensure NH labor law breaks and scheduling compliance.
• Manage inventory, stocking, and merchandising; coordinate with leadership on inventory needs.
• Monitor cashier activities and POS procedures for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Be alert to prevent theft and ensure guest satisfaction.
