Job summary

Ponte Vineyard Inn in Temecula, CA is seeking a Hotel Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and dining experience across The Cellar, Bouquet Restaurant, In-Room Dining and Poolside venues. You will ensure service quality, guest satisfaction and adherence to cost controls, safety and sanitation standards, while leading a team with enthusiasm and professionalism.

As MOD on shift, you will manage front-of-house activities, train associates, monitor beverage sales, labor costs

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Responsible Beverage Service Card.
• Comfortable leading front-of-house operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations across The Cellar, Bouquet Restaurant, In-Room Dining and Poolside Bar & Café.
• Ensure food and beverage quality aligns with Executive Chef recipes and hotel standards.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, and labor costs according to policy.
