Sierra Lodgings Inc. in Orlando seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support daily F&B operations in the absence of the manager. You will help ensure guest satisfaction, uphold standards, and drive departmental goals.

The role requires a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field and at least 2 years of leadership experience in F&B, with strong guest service, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a Food and Beverage position.
• Ability to communicate in the English language (second language is a plus).
• Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and run day-to-day operations of the department in the absence of the F&B Manager.
• Manage beverage purchasing, beverage menu design, marketing of new products and VIP guest requests.
• Lead Front of House staffing, including scheduling, coaching and driving sales.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to safety policies; handle guest and associate accidents.
• Review guest checks for proper handling procedures and budget awareness.
• Recruit, interview, and hire F&B associates; maintain strong associate relations.
