Job summary

Paradiso Grande in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Specialist to join Troon’s hospitality leadership. This role supports daily facility and F&B operations, inventory, safety, and guest interactions in a fast-paced property environment.

Expect to assist with opening/closing, event setup, and cross-team coordination while delivering exceptional service and maintaining standards across dining and service areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, operations, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility and F&B outlets.
• Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stock organization.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are maintained.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and storage areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries professionally.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown as needed.
