Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management oversees all a la carte Food and Beverage operations, including restaurant, room service and lounge, greeting guests and guiding them to tables while supervising staff to deliver quality service.

Maintain scheduling, payroll, inventory, menus and promotions, while ensuring product quality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of liquor regulations and safety procedures is required.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Food outlet operations, with supervisory aspects and guest interaction.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Current Food Handler Card and TABC license or in process of certification.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all a la carte Food and Beverage operations including restaurant, room service and lounge.
• Assist Restaurant Manager in interviewing, training, supervising and disciplining staff.
• Maintain outlet scheduling and payroll; manage inventory and par stock levels.
• Meet and greet guests, escort to tables, present menus and handle reservations.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction; ensure safety and cleanliness.
