Job summary

Massanutten Resort | Great Eastern Purveyors (GEP) seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead restaurant operations across the resort. You will guide multiple dining venues, coach managers, and shape innovative offerings that delight guests and drive business performance.

In this hands-on role you’ll partner with the VP of GEP, manage budgeting and forecasting, monitor metrics, and develop staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience.
• Knowledge of ABC regulations.
• Experience collaborating with executives and managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support restaurant managers across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and cost control
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and product mix optimization
• Develop and execute staff training, leadership development, and performance management programs
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new products and concepts
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and ABC regulations
• Maintain a strong, visible presence in operations with a hands-on leadership approach
• Build relationships with vendors, partners, and the local community
