Qualifications

• 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience required.
• Ability to understand and comply with ABC regulations.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant managers and ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement growth strategies.
• Oversee inventory management and product mix optimization.
• Develop and execute staff training and performance programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
