Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead daily F&B operations at the Mesa Convention Center. You will partner with the Director of F&B to plan, staff, and optimize financial performance across conventions, trade shows, festivals, and concerts.

The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to safety and compliance standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams for exceptional guest experiences and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressively responsible food & beverage or event operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with POS systems and event management software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Food & Beverage in planning, organization, financial performance and daily operations.
• Manage event operations from setup through breakdown, ensuring seamless execution and communication among staff, clients, vendors, and guests.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Analyze budgets, labor and product costs, ticket sales, and P&L to support decisions.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members and contingent staff.
• Coordinate purchasing, inventory, and storage; maintain clean, safe back-of-house areas.
• Identify process improvements and complete post-event reports.
