Schulte Companies operates Table Mountain Inn in Golden, CO and seeks an energetic Food & Beverage Manager to lead FOH operations and guest service. You will train staff, oversee service, and ensure quality food and beverage execution in a busy hotel setting.

The role requires a minimum two years of supervisory F&B experience, strong leadership, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Competitive benefits are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or certificate, post high school education and degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years food and beverage supervisory experience required. Should be in a similar size restaurant operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house operations for the Restaurant/Hotel.
• Provide training, direction, supervision and hands-on support.
• Direct associates and supervisors to achieve goals of the food and beverage operation.
• Ensure proper preparation of food and beverages per brand standards and safety/hygiene requirements.
• Hire and train service staff.
• Foster positive associate environment and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
