Job summary

Langham Huntington, Pasadena, is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily F&B operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and manage budgets and staffing. The role reports to the Director of F&B and oversees shift operations to maintain brand standards and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of F&B management experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of inventory controls and events coordination.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Hotel/Restaurant Management degree preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience as a manager or assistant manager of restaurant or F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and preparation techniques.
• Excellent numerical abilities for inventory, controls, revenue, and financial statements.
• Ability to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll responsibilities.
