Qualifications

• Prior banquet management experience.
• Must have open availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task and work under pressure while still being detail oriented and personable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all banquet operations in coordination with the Banquet Director.
• Oversee event planning, execution and post-event follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise banquet staff, interview/train employees, assign work and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with executive and banquet chefs, catering staff and service managers on logistics.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and brief staff on event details and expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to concerns.
• Schedule staffing levels to maintain service quality and manage labor costs.
